Directions
1.Prepare and bake 1 chocolate cake mix
according to the package instructions.
2.While the cake is baking, blend together 8 oz. of
cream cheese, 2 Tablespoons of milk and 4 cup
sugar until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3.Allow the cake to cool completely then spread
the cream cheese mixture over the top of the
cake.
4.Pour 1 can of cherry pie fillingevenly over the
top of the cream cheese mixture.
5.Just before serving the cake, spread whipped
topping over the top of the cherry pie filling and
sprinkle chopped nuts over the cake if desired.
6.Store the cake in the refrigerator. |
