Gather calendar pages for the current month and
next month. You can make copies of a calendar or
make your own calendar pages using a ruler.

Position
Sit at a table.

Directions
1.Place the calendar pages into the notebook.
Punch holes in the pages if necessary to keep
them in the notebook.
2.Determine today's date.
3.To make a daily schedule page, decide your typical wake-up and bedtimes. Begin on the top left hand margin of a piece of notebook paper and write the wake up time.
4.Continue down the left-hand marginwriting the time in 30 minute
intervals starting with the wake-up
time and ending at your bedtime.
You may need to use another piece of
paper. Write "Schedule For
________" on the top of the page.
Write "To Do List" at the bottom of
the page and leave several blank lines. 5.Make at least 7 copies of the daily
schedule page. Keep the original in
the notebook where it won't be
written on. Save it for making copies
of the daily schedule.
