Position Sit or stand for this activity.
This activity challenges balance.
Directions 1.Start with 1 beanbag.Give yourself plenty of room to move your arms. Keep your elbows bent and your hands at waistlevel. Toss the beanbag from your left hand to your right hand
making it go up in an arc. It is important for the beanbag to go higher than your nose, but not much over your head. Do not pass the beanbag straight over from hand to hand at any time! It must travel upand over in an arc.
2.Now toss the beanbag to your left hand using the same high arc motion. Keep your eyes straight ahead. 3.Practice this until you can do it easily without looking at your hands and until the beanbag goes nearly the same height each time (close to your nose or a little higher). 4.Keep practicing.
