4.Take the third beanbag. Practice tossing it back and forth while you continue to hold a beanbag in each hand. You need to be able to catch a beanbag with one beanbag already in your hand. When you get good at this, move to the next step. 5.You are ready to juggle the third beanbag. Take two beanbags and put them in the hand that is most comfortable for you. Put the last beanbag in the other hand. 6.Throw from the hand holding two beanbags first. When the first beanbag gets to nose- level throw from the other hand, then when that beanbag reaches nose-level throw the last beanbag. Don't rush yourself. 7.Only one beanbag should be in the air at a time. If it seems too difficult, go back a step and practice until you feel ready to move on. Remember that each beanbag must go up and past your nose, not across to the other hand. It reallyhelps if you can throw the beanbags the same height each time.
